About you:

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to work well under pressure, you can effectively managing workloads while maintaining clear and concise communication. Possesses an excellent understanding of retail mathematics and is highly proficient in Excel, ensuring accurate data analysis and strategic decision-making. Ideally you will hold 3+ years of experience in a similar position in Fashion/Beauty.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Planning & Forecasting;

  • Assist in building Range Architecture and exploring potential new markets with tailored assortments.
  • Monitor and adjust products to meet sell-through expectations.
  • Recommend promotions and reorders to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Provide forecasting at critical stages for fabric and trim planning, identifying product lifecycle opportunities.
  • Manage packaging forecasts and ordering for the warehouse.
  • Ensure key marketed styles and initiatives are well-invested. Operations;
  • Champion data validation in systems such as JOOR, and AP21.
  • Track all products to ensure accurate communication from sales/DTC teams to production, aligning with the critical path. Allocation;
  • Develop and execute allocation plans to drive sales and maintain optimal stock levels across all channels (store and online).
  • Identify unique allocation requirements and trends by location; manage and maintain store and channel profiles.
  • Ensure timely allocation of products with appropriate stock levels and size runs by location. Reporting;
  • Produce comprehensive reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal, annual) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare pre-market analyses to assist senior planners in projecting seasonal buys accurately.
  • Conduct post-seasonal reviews and performance analyses.
  • Perform regular promotional and pricing analyses.
  • Develop and maintain accurate replenishment models to ensure optimal inventory levels in core styles, placing replenishment orders as necessary.
  • Report best sellers to the design team based on launch cadence.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale team to gather trade information
