They are seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for fashion and wholesale operations. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners across multiple regions. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the business continues to thrive in the wholesale space.

Salary: $85k-$90k + super

Working arrangements: 5 days in office with occasional flexibility

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts, providing outstanding customer service and support to help drive sales.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint in current and new markets, ensuring revenue and sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned accounts, working to achieve long-term growth objectives and business goals.
  • Order Management: Oversee the order process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyse sales data, forecast demand, and provide regular updates on account performance and growth potential to the senior leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in wholesale account management, within fashion or activewear.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and other CRM software. Experience with order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings, trade shows, and store visits.
