We are working with an incredible Australian-owned business based in Burleigh Heads, and we are seeking an experienced National Boutique Manager with a strong background in retail management to help drive national growth. Established over 10 years ago, our client has become a leading name in the bridal industry, creating beautiful and modern dresses for the everyday bride. The company operates a network of boutiques across Australia, the UK, and Europe, with an extensive wholesale customer base in Europe, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
In this role, the National Boutique Manager will be responsible for driving sales and boutique operations, while maintaining high standards of customer service and improving efficiencies across all locations.
Location: Burleigh Heads
Salary: $90k + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Oversee operations and performance of boutiques, ensuring adherence to policies, meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and offering guidance to managers and stylists.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, assist with social media management, and continually enhance the customer experience to maintain the company's reputation.
- Provide leadership and support to boutique managers and stylists, setting clear expectations, fostering teamwork, and supporting recruitment, development, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring all employees have the necessary resources for success.
- Maintain clear communication with the broader team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to company-wide initiatives to ensure alignment with the business vision and goals.
- Analyse performance statistics, conduct boutique visits, implement strategic changes to improve operational efficiency, and compile reports to drive business growth and improve the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience in overseeing and managing boutique operations, with a strong focus on performance, sales targets, budgeting, and compliance. Experience in managing multiple locations is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support boutique managers, stylists, and teams. Experience in setting expectations, delegating tasks, and providing regular feedback. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of delivering exceptional customer service and continuously enhancing the customer experience. Ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly and manage social media communication effectively.
- Ability to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of boutique staff and ensure continuous professional development. Commitment to promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies. Experience with change management is an advantage.
- Stay informed on bridal industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. Ability to identify business opportunities and challenges to drive growth.
