RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Drive Sales & Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with design teams to create trend-driven collections and execute product strategies.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with the creative team to present new collections and ideas to buyers.
  • Business Support: Manage sales reports, product approvals, and ensure smooth communication between teams and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Strong experience in sales/account management within fashion or retail, combined with product developmentexpertise.
  • 5+ years in account management or BDM roles, ideally in fashion apparel or licensing.
  • A proven ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for music and fashion.
