We are working with an incredible Australian-owned business based in Burleigh Heads, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Wholesale Manager with a strong background in sales to help drive both national and global growth. Established over 10 years ago, our client has become a leading name in the bridal industry, creating beautiful and modern dresses for the everyday bride. The company operates a network of boutiques across Australia, the UK, and Europe, with an extensive wholesale customer base in Europe, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
In this role, the Senior Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s wholesale partnerships, particularly in the US, ensuring strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will oversee the day-to-day wholesale operations, including account management, stock distribution, and sales growth across both domestic and international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in wholesale management, capable of driving growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, providing updates on product lines, gathering feedback, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Manage stockist accounts, ensuring both long-term success of existing clients and the acquisition of new ones.
- Oversee the entire stockist order process, including receiving, replenishing, shipping, and resolving delays.
- Ensure smooth stock control by coordinating operations and analyzing supply chain data for continuous stock availability.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and track sales targets, transactions, and account performance through regular reporting.
- Organise and manage trunk shows, ensuring high-quality dress standards, coordinating logistics, and collecting feedback and sales reports.
- Identify and create strategies to capitalise on business growth opportunities and boost sales.
- Provide insights into product development and market positioning relative to competitors.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience in managing wholesale stockist relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring long-term account success, in a Bridal or premium fashion business.
- Strong skills in order management, stock control, and analysing supply chain data to maintain uninterrupted stock availability.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on business growth.
- Experience organising events such as trunk shows, ensuring product quality, logistics, and gathering feedback for improvement.
- Proactive in identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and enhancing the buyer experience.
