RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and interpret technical packs, ensuring precision in measurements, materials, and construction details.
- Lead fit sessions, evaluate samples, and provide actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
- Manage pattern assessments, size specifications, and grading to ensure consistency across all styles.
- Verify that fabrics and trims meet stringent quality, durability, and compliance standards.
- Partner with factories and suppliers to address construction challenges and optimize production efficiency.
- Oversee garment testing to guarantee superior stitching, finishing, and fit.
- Stay abreast of emerging fashion trends, contributing to continuous product innovation.
- Maintain detailed records of specifications, approvals, and modifications to support streamlined operations.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Garment Technician, preferably within fast fashion or high-volume production environments.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and grading techniques.
- Proficiency in crafting technical packs, assessing fabric performance, and conducting garment testing.
- Hands-on experience with fit sessions, sample evaluations, and size grading.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Gerber, Lectra, CLO 3D, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and adeptness in fast-paced settings.
- A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
