We are working with an incredible luxury women's fashion brand based in the heart of Rosebery. The brand is recognised for their contemporary fashion, combining innovative styles, premium fabrications, with a quintessential sun-loving attitude. After experiencing impressive growth, the brand is now seeking a Wholesale Manager to work on a part time basis to manage existing accounts, and grow out the brand presence in NSW. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Sales strategy, account management, and management of agents both nationally and internationally. This role is part time with flexible hours and days, with the scope to increase hours pending growth and workload. Salary: $70k-$90k + super (dependent on experience) pro rata + commission.
Location: Rosebery.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Budget for all regions seasonally and share budgets with sales agents
- Create strategies for growth including identifying new stockists, tradeshows, and distribution channels
- Work closely with the design team to ensure ranges are responsive to client feedback, and ensure price points are correctly positioned
- Sell collections seasonally to NSW stockists and majors, and manage agencies to wholesale 4 collections per year
- Prepare for seasonal sales including the calendar, labelling & sending of samples to agents, showroom set-ups, collecting and pushing out orders for clients, and provide weekly reporting to the business
- Be the point of contact for agents and stockists, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
- Assist with other responsibilities relevant such as recruitment of sales support and interns when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales/Wholesale role for a fashion, beauty or lifestyle company.
- Experience managing domestic and international agents, including monitoring performance, sales and budgets.
- Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
- Proven success in selling seasonal collections.
- Experience working with CIN7, AP21 and/or JOOR.
- Experience with backend operations including invoicing, orders, digital assets, logistics etc.
- Exposure to PR & Photoshoots will be highly regarded!
