RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Order processing: Enter orders, invoices, credit notes in MYOB
- Customer service: Email and phone inquiries, liaise with agents & boutiques
- Website management: Shopify B2C & B2B, uploading images & stock entry
- Logistics: Packing and preparing orders, coordinating deliveries
- Trade fairs: Assist with merchandising, ticketing, and event prep
- Social media & marketing support
REQUIREMENTS +
- Admin experience in fashion agency, wholesale, or retail preferred
- Strong MYOB & Shopify experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
