RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Order processing: Enter orders, invoices, credit notes in MYOB
  • Customer service: Email and phone inquiries, liaise with agents & boutiques
  • Website management: Shopify B2C & B2B, uploading images & stock entry
  • Logistics: Packing and preparing orders, coordinating deliveries
  • Trade fairs: Assist with merchandising, ticketing, and event prep
  • Social media & marketing support

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Admin experience in fashion agency, wholesale, or retail preferred
  • Strong MYOB & Shopify experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
