Our client is a leading Australian fashion brand with a strong local and international presence. They are seeking a Personal Assistant to support their Founder & Creative Director in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

This role is ideal for an experienced PA/EA with a background in fashion or beauty, who thrives in a high-energy environment and is open to frequent domestic and international travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Manage a complex diary & international travel schedule
  • Oversee daily operations, from booking flights to coordinating meetings
  • Support on campaign shoots & fashion events
  • Handle personal & business-related errands as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and the wider team
  • Work closely with the leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Previous experience as a PA or EA, ideally supporting a high-profile executive or founder
  • Background in fashion, beauty, or a creative industry preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently – no major commitments that prevent flexibility
  • Full, clean driver’s license – confident driving overseas (US & UK for example)
  • Strong organisation & multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy – experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, Mac software, Canva, etc.
  • Personality fit is key – outgoing, collaborative, and adaptable
