About the Role
As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of production and dispatch processes. Supporting the Production Manager, you will work closely with local manufacturers, suppliers, and couriers to keep operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who wants to expand their knowledge in the fashion production industry.
Key Responsibilities
Production Administration
Raise and distribute purchase orders to local manufacturers.
Communicate daily with local makers, cutters, and couriers.
Purchase and manage inventory for bulk trims (zippers, buttons, fusing, swing tags, labels, stickers, hangers) and distribute to local makers to meet production deadlines.
Order markers, check yields, and ensure efficiency in production.
Assist the Production Manager with historical reporting and day-to-day functions.

Dispatch Administration
Receive, QC (quality check), allocate, pick, and pack inventory as required.
Order dispatch consumables and ensure stock is managed efficiently.
Office & Operations Administration
Answer phone inquiries from wholesale and retail customers and assist with product and marketing inquiries.
Manage office stationery and supplies.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
A proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Previous experience in fashion production, administration, or logistics is highly regarded but not essential.
