About the Role
You will spearhead organic social media initiatives, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. Working cross-functionally with PR, creative and digital teams to ensure a collaborate work environment.
About you
You will have experience working with a retail or beauty brand, and managed organic social media channels (tik tok and instragram). You will proven experience in growing a brands social following, and will continue to develop our clients presence daily. You will be highly analytical and be excited to use data and information to plan and strategize with your manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Daily organic community and content management across all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest (with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok).
- Develop and maintain the organic social media schedule, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
- Brief the creative team on content needs and collaborate on visually compelling assets.
- Work closely with the PR team on global influencer partnerships to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and digital marketing teams to align organic and paid social media strategies.
- Lead the creation of engaging video content, particularly for YouTube and TikTok.
- Monitor emerging social media trends and test new channels to expand audience reach.
- Generate insightful weekly and campaign reports to inform strategy and optimize performance.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in organic social media and community management, ideally in fashion retail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Strong experience in brand representation and community engagement.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, or Loomly (preferred but not essential).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance analytics with brand storytelling.
- Basic understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and an in-depth understanding of social media trends.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a resilient attitude.
