Following significant growth across the business, our client is now looking to further strengthen their marketing team by hiring two Marketing Managers. One will oversee the strategy and execution for the company’s core brand, while the other will focus on developing and promoting an additional key brand in their portfolio. Both positions offer an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their respective brands, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success in the competitive retail landscape.

Location: Eagle Farm - parking onsite

Working arrangements: Hybrid 

Salary: $125k-$130k + super

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, in-store) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct regular market research and customer insights analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape shifts, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Merchandising, Sales, and eCommerce, to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI, ensuring cost-efficient spending across all channels.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. Present results to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to foster strong, long-term relationships with key customer segments, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives on time and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven Marketing Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, within the apparel or retail sector, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the apparel business, with experience working for brands that have a Bricks & Mortar presence, and knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in retail marketing.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects with quick turnarounds while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in developing and executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a track record of driving sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a marketing team, managing workflow and resources effectively to meet tight deadlines and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
