Reporting to the Country Manager, the Country Sales Manager plays a key leadership role within the management team. You will be responsible for driving business goals through strong leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills. This role provides market and sales insights to inform strategic decisions that support the growth of the business in Australia and New Zealand. The Sales Manager is also responsible for fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and customers, demonstrating exceptional communication, compliance, and negotiation abilities.
Location: Mosman
Salary: $120-$135k + super + bonus
Working arrangements: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives based on market and customer insights to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Collaborate with customers and key accounts to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in pricing, products, and services.
- Nurture existing customers and acquire new ones, while continuously improving sales activities and processes.
- Optimize the sales cycle and calendar to meet customer demands and plan business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve high performance, recruit top talent, and provide necessary resources for success.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar senior sales position within a Fashion business.
- Experience in leading a team and fostering growth.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, sales, customer accounts, and market share.
- Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand markets from previous roles.
- High attention to detail with a keen ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software tools.
