Key Responsibilities

  • Critical Path Management: Develop and monitor realistic timelines for seasonal development, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Schedule Planning: Plan and maintain production schedules, updating critical dates in the Production Tracker.

  • Cost Management: Prepare and update seasonal costing sheets, negotiate costs with factories, and secure approvals during costing meetings.

  • Order Management: Place and manage purchase orders, confirm ex-factory dates, and resolve any variances.

  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, troubleshoot production issues, and identify new sourcing opportunities.

  • Production Tracking: Manage protos, SMS, PPS, and shipment samples, providing updates during regular Production Meetings.

  • Quality Control: Address post-production concerns and implement improvements with factories to ensure excellence.

  • Local Production Coordination: Oversee sampling, costing, and bulk production with local makers and manage related logistics.
