As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking an exceptional Global Wholesale Manager who will focus on driving their channel on a global level, as well as ensuring sales timelines are aligned, alongside managing external agencies/distributers.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop and drive strategies and financial targets for both international and Australian markets, aligned with business growth goals.
- Lead and develop internal sales teams and manage external agencies/distributors, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and goals.
- Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and retail placements, and create merchandising guides.
- Set and monitor sales targets, conduct sales training, provide regular sales/inventory updates, and oversee reporting processes for key insights.
- Build strong relationships across teams, conduct market analyses, support trend analysis, and collaborate on product range planning to meet sales targets and retailer goals.
REQUIREMENTS +
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role within Fashion
- Strong wholesale experience essential, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by being flexible and adaptable
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and network easily
- Availability to travel as needed
- Able to work around different time zones
- Enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active
