The Role:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll have the chance to work on designing eye-catching apparel and merchandise. Collaborating with the Brand team and Senior Apparel Designer, you’ll create vibrant collections for men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel. This role will see you working on both concept development and finished artwork, with a strong focus on pre-press processes and ensuring brand consistency. It’s an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Develop creative concepts and design visuals for apparel collections.
- Create print-ready artwork and concept placement designs for approval by licensors and retailers.
- Contribute to and implement brand style guides across all design projects to maintain consistent standards.
- Manage creative timelines and ensure designs are delivered within deadlines.
- Research seasonal trends, create mood boards, and develop colour palettes for each collection.
- Generate final artwork using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with the creative studio, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Continuously improve design skills and stay updated on the latest design trends.
- Take ownership of design projects, from concept through to the delivery of final artwork.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Qualifications in Graphic Design/Finished Art.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design, preferably within retail fashion or apparel.
- Experience with textile design, including fabric knowledge and yardage print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong graphic design skills.
