Sales Strategy and Operations Manager // 4 day work week | Women's Fashion Designer

We are looking for someone who can coordinate wholesale sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and refine product selection to drive profitability and brand growth.

The role includes overseeing marketing initiatives, monitoring trends, and ensuring consistent brand representation across e-commerce and B2B channels.

Location: Sydney

Working arrangements: 4-day work week in the Sydney office, parking on site

Salary: $140k + Super

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Coordinate wholesale sales strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and customer relationships.
  • Refine product selection, contribute to range development, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the replenishment calendar in line with seasonal and production schedules.
  • Oversee strategic marketing initiatives, calendars, and digital asset creation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and participate in trend forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate brand representation across all sales channels, including e-commerce and B2B.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in sales management for a fashion business including wholesale and customer relationship management.
  • Strong skills in product selection, development, and market trend analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing, including digital strategies and e-commerce branding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
