RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive creative marketing strategies that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. Drive the creation of high-impact campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and events. 

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and meet performance goals. 

  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content that showcases our fashion products and brand story. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce engaging visuals and copy. 

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors, and use insights to inform creative strategies. 

  • Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all creative work aligns with our brand identity. 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. 

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fashion, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative roles 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and innovative marketing strategies. 

  • Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer behavior. 

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software. 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
