RESPONSIBILITIES +

The Business Support Co-Ordinator is pivotal role within the Head Office Support team who’s primary function is to support the business operations executing in cross functional task.

  • Enter and manage sales orders in AP21 efficiently, using bulk tools and ensuring accurate linkage and allocation.

  • Respond to and follow up on internal queries from the Sales team

  • Create and prioritise pick runs for warehouse teams

  • Ensure that all unfulfilled orders are followed up and managed. Any short shipments are to be communicated to Sales team in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch, and liaise with Procurement to address gaps or delays.

  • Remove manual Blanket orders, transferring links and allocations to the correct EDI orders, and ensure accurate transmission and receipt of EDI documents.

  • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly housekeeping tasks

  • Working with the national sales team in the day-to-day management of accounts

  • Escalate issues affecting the critical path to the Sales team and propose recommendations.

  • Handle product registrations and enrichment with retailers, and attend to customer enquiries with Sales team follow-up.

  • Facilitate effective communication between sales/customers and marketing/procurement, and provide relief customer service including reception duties.

  • Prepare invoices, catalogues, price lists, and perform general sales and clerical duties.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Knowledge and functional experience in the deployment from the Order to Delivery process

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint

  • Experience in administering EDI orders within an ERP system 

  • Experience in dealing with a large volume of data

  • Ability to work within a team environment, have a strong sales/customer service background and work autonomously when required
