RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Inventory and Logistics Management:
- Coordinate stock packing, transfers, and removals.
- Oversee quarterly stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Manage logistics for deliveries, collections, and replenishments.
- Systems and Process Oversight:
- Troubleshoot and manage retail systems including POS and inventory management.
- Update operational manuals and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on revenue, budgets, and KPIs.
- Conduct weekly reviews to optimize store operations and achieve targets.
- Customer Experience and Store Maintenance:
- Create a customer-centric environment and enhance store presentation through visual merchandising.
- Recruitment, Training, and Staff Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts and oversee training and development programs.
- Manage staff scheduling and facilitate productive store meetings.
- Store Rollout and Maintenance:
- Collaborate with external parties to manage store rollout budgets and timelines.
- Ensure smooth store openings and ongoing maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and systems implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
