We are looking for an experienced State Manager to join our amazing women's fashion brand and work across the Queensland state.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Retail you will be managing 13 stores across the state while maximising the profit of the business through driving sales and maintaining a positive working environment for the staff.

Salary: - $100,000 - $110,000 + super + bonus + car allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Achieving set financial targets and giving weekly communication to stores with reports and guidance
- Identify and manage high performing team members and create succession plans
- Coach and develop team members to utilise all resources given to them to improve sales
- Partner with regional and store managers to identify support and training opportunities
- Ensure team members are creating a positive customer experience
- Action stock consolidations and ensure systems are in place to control loss of revenue
- Communicate regularly with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure merchandising standards are adhered to
- Have an honest and transparent approach to communication and inspire team members!
REQUIREMENTS +
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the above responsibilities in their current or previous role, and have a strong approach to driving sales and increasing profitability and productivity across stores.
