RESPONSIBILITIES +
Collaborate with Buyers & Planners to develop a multi-category womenswear range for Australian & international markets
Buy within monthly budgets and plans to meet business targets
Manage repeat orders of best sellers and core lines to maximize sales
Ensure assortment depth and size curves align with sales patterns
Oversee end-to-end category execution from product selection to financial performance
Review weekly sales trends, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement
Analyze daily sales data to inform buying plans
Provide performance feedback to design teams for future development
Achieve intake margin targets
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Contribute to the OTB process, including sales forecasting and markdowns
Stay aware of competitors and market trends
Analyze performance and trends across AU & US storefronts
Review future orders and inventory, identifying opportunities and risks
Collaborate with Marketing & Social Teams to promote key items in campaigns
REQUIREMENTS +
Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce apparel buying
Proven knowledge of merchandise planning, OTB management, and ROI principles
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
Strong understanding of global trends
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to manage high workloads and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across the business
