RESPONSIBILITIES +

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and management of performance review processes, including setting objectives, monitoring progress, and facilitating development plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare HR reports, and manage HR documentation and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to support employee growth and development alongside the NSW State Manager.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Promote and ensure a safe working environment, managing workplace health and safety initiatives and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS +

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in Australia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Employment Hero) and MS Office Suite.
