ECOMMERCE & CRM SPECIALIST | FASHION | SYDNEY | UP TO $120K + SUPER
We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused E-Commerce & CRM Specialist to join the team. In this role, you'll help drive online sales, ensure a smooth and engaging customer journey, and implement targeted digital marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing the e-commerce site, leading CRM efforts, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to community engagement. You'll also be key in coordinating seasonal promotions, product rollouts, and content updates, while optimising overall e-commerce performance.

Location: Sydney.

Salary: up to $120k + super depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and execute the annual e-commerce calendar, including seasonal campaigns, markdowns, and sales events.
  • Coordinate brand strategy meetings and create weekly/daily plans for product drops, emails, and marketing.
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensure timely product uploads, and manage promotional offers in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Lead segmented and personalised email campaigns using CRM tools, collaborating with designers to ensure branding consistency.
  • Produce daily sales and performance reports, using insights to improve online sales and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage seasonal lookbooks via MyPortfolio, ensuring visual and message alignment with the brand.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and offshore support for creative, technical, and strategic execution.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms including Shopify, CMS tools, and basic web management.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Experience with Paid Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating and editing marketing content is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and community engagement is a plus.
