Our client is a luxury homewares brand known for their high-quality and sustainable pieces that last a lifetime. With over 10 years in the industry, our client has established a name for themselves, and has featured in the likes of Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, Forbes and plenty more.

 We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join on a full-time basis to join the Content team. You’ll be hands-on from the get-go, and will take ownership of the CRM platform, using Klaviyo and Yotpo.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop, execute, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Manage segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement automation flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Stay current on email marketing trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to continuously improve strategies.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3+ years of experience with Klaviyo, specifically in email & SMS marketing, CRM management, and automation.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing email campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Experience working with a loyalty platform and using Yotpo.
