As the CRM Manager you will end the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging tools like Klaviyo to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop, manage, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Create targeted customer segments based on purchase behaviour, lifecycle stages, and engagement metrics.
  • Use email platforms like Klaviyo (or similar) to automate workflows, ensuring timely and relevant messaging for each customer group.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with business objectives, product launches, and promotions.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and overall performance.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with Muscle Nation’s brand identity.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices, continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • At least 3 years of experience in a CRM or email marketing role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo (or similar), email automation, and SMS marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email best practices, and data analysis.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to design campaigns that are both visually appealing and data-driven.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
