Renowned for their unique fragrances and strong global presence, they are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing Assistant and report directly to the Founder and Creative Director. Location: South Sydney (parking on site).
Working Arrangements: Hybrid – very flexible.
Salary: $60-$80k + super.
Start date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Craft and coordinate engaging, on-brand content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside EDM agency to ensure email campaigns are high converting.
- Write compelling copy that pairs perfectly with visuals and drives engagements.
- Collaborate with the team to pitch and develop attention-grabbing campaign ideas.
- Dive into projects and see them through the full lifecycle.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
REQUIREMENTS +
- Experience in a marketing coordinator role within the fashion, beauty of lifestyle industry.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing tools
- Experience running successful EDM campaigns and understand how to ensure they convert to sales.
- Experience writing clever and effective copy, and the ability to take initiative and identify areas to help the business grow.
- Fantastic communication and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
