Our client manages the global licenses for a number of global fashion brands across wholesale, eCommerce and bricks and mortar retail stores across the country. Known for their youthful, trendy style, our client sells clothing, accessories, watches, handbags, footwear and fragrances. 

They are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to report to the Customer Experience Manager, who will focus on supporting customer enquiries and ensuring high-quality service standards, joining a fun and dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Positively responding to enquiries, concerns, and requests for information about our products
  • Assist customers with order and delivery enquiries
  • Processing of returns and refunds
  • Supporting the Ecommerce teams with monitoring of website functionality.
  • Acting as an escalation point for in-store enquiries and complaints

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Computer literate with an eye for detail
  • Solutions focused and positive mindset open to coaching
  • A good listener, with an empathetic approach to assisting customers
  • Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders
  • Target driven and able to work to KPI’s and targets
  • Experience with Zendesk & Shopify
  • Previous experience as a customer service or customer experience representative for a retail business
