Global Brand Manager - Women's Contemporary Fashion in Byron Bay // $100K + SUPER!
Our client is a Byron Bay fashion agency that specialises in connecting emerging and established fashion brands with international retail opportunities and collaborating with retailers in major cities like New York, Paris and Sydney. Although the office is based in Byron Bay, this can be a fully remote role.
The brand is looking for a Global Brand Manager to expand both domestic and international sales networks for the agency’s client brands. The GBM will sell seasonal collections, maintain wholesale distribution, and build relationships with key clients and retailers, often within virtual or physical showrooms. Guided initially by the Sales Director and working closely with other experienced Global Brand Managers, this role requires both a “can-do” attitude and a collaborative spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

- Developing global distribution strategies, targeting new stockists.
- Overseeing seasonal collections, managing marketing initiatives, and tracking sales metrics.
- Assisting with event coordination, showroom setup, and retail training.
- Addressing operational aspects like shipment timelines and sales support for buying partners.
- Seasonal travel to major fashion hubs like New York and Paris to showcase collections.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Strong industry knowledge in sales, wholesale practices, and fashion retail.
- Alignment with the agency’s ethical fashion values.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, especially during three peak selling seasons per year.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Dropbox; additional language skills are a plus.
