About the Role

As Production Manager, you’ll lead the production process, ensuring each piece not only meets deadlines but upholds their high standards of craftsmanship. You’ll be managing everything from critical timelines and quality control to working with suppliers to keep things on track. You’ll play a key role in bringing each collection to life, making a tangible impact on what reaches the shelves and fashion runways.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing Production Timelines: Lead the charge to meet all production deadlines and keep things running smoothly.

  • Overseeing Orders & Re-cuts: Handle bulk and re-cut orders to support seasonal launches.

  • Coordinating Shipments: Track bulk shipments and make sure they’re delivered on time.

  • Negotiating with Suppliers: Find ways to maintain high standards without breaking the bank.

  • Sample Tracking: Oversee SMS, PP, and shipment samples to align with design vision.

  • Collaborating with Design & Tech Teams: Lead production meetings to make sure every detail is in place.

  • Allocating to Factories: Strategically assign designs to factories that best match the seasonal needs.

  • Approving Invoices: Keep finances on track by managing and approving supplier invoices.

  • Onboarding Suppliers: Build relationships with new suppliers who align with our client’s quality standards.

  • Assisting with Technical Packs: Step in and support design where needed to keep things on point.

  • Leading Quality Control: Implement processes to maintain the brand’s high-quality standards.

Who You Are:

  • Ambitious & Motivated: You’ve got big career goals and a love for the fashion industry.

  • Experienced in Production: Ideally with over five years of production experience, especially if you've worked with China factories.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for keeping everything in order, even when things get busy.

  • Great Communicator: You’re able to build strong relationships with both internal teams and suppliers.

  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude: Collaborative and supportive, you’re someone people enjoy working with.
