RESPONSIBILITIES +
- 360 Launch Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Coordinate across all channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Foster effective collaboration between marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams. Ensure that all departments are aligned with marketing initiatives and messaging.
- Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to strengthen market presence and drive customer engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Utilize data to inform strategy and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Encourage professional development and skill-building within the team.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly report on performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present marketing strategies and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful 360 launch strategies.
- Strong experience in cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
