RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Own the digital strategy across USA, AU and global
  • Plan and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including creative strategy and execution.
  • Launch, manage and own the Meta and Google ads account – creating ads, managing copy, running creative testing and launching winners
  • Strong understanding of the technical back end of Meta, looking at optimisation strategies
  • A knowledge across TikTok advertising – to implement a growth strategy
  • Formulate and communicate conclusions and assumptions based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Provide recommendations to the CEO on strategic digital initiatives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies tailored for different months, regions, and channels.
  • Lead data-driven strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts and performance.
  • Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies, including setting up affiliate promotions and reviewing weekly performance.
  • Manage the email strategy – automated flows, BAU and promotional activity
  • Manage the SMS strategy and spearhead the loyalty program

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven track record in digital marketing leadership roles within the fashion industry
  • Minimum 4+ years across digital marketing within Fashion/Apparel
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in execution across digital channels such as Meta, Google, Social Media, EDM marketing and SEO
  • Knowledge across TikTok and Pinterest advertising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital growth through innovative strategies and effective team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
