RESPONSIBILITIES +
- Actively manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock
- Identifying & resolving any intake issues in collaboration with MAA & BAA updating systems accordingly
- Processing weekly markdowns & re-prices as advised by the planning team
- Conduct option plan management & auditing daily
- Run product line cards & forecasting with clear communication to the buying team
- Conducts size curve analysis & complete sizing tool updates
- Able to make suggestions for sizing mix changes needed to optimise sales
- Proactively contributes to department trade each week following up on any actions & updating the team
- Confident and concise presentation of analysis in relevant meetings
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis & data entry
REQUIREMENTS +
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel is preferred
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Had an aptitude for retail math and analysis
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and Adaptable- be able to prioritise workload based on business priorities
- Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business
