RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Actively manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock
  • Identifying & resolving any intake issues in collaboration with MAA & BAA updating systems accordingly
  • Processing weekly markdowns & re-prices as advised by the planning team
  • Conduct option plan management & auditing daily
  • Run product line cards & forecasting with clear communication to the buying team
  • Conducts size curve analysis & complete sizing tool updates
  • Able to make suggestions for sizing mix changes needed to optimise sales
  • Proactively contributes to department trade each week following up on any actions & updating the team
  • Confident and concise presentation of analysis in relevant meetings
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis & data entry

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel is preferred
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Had an aptitude for retail math and analysis
  • Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and Adaptable- be able to prioritise workload based on business priorities
  • Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business
