Position: 

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Manager to drive the next phase of our growth. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and work seamlessly with departments such as Development, Marketing, and External Agencies. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our Shopify stores as we venture into new markets. 

Location: Sydney, Alexandria 
Work Model: On Site  
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Super

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and our Digital Agency, coordinating across Paid Media, Design, Web Development, Marketing, and PR.
  • Oversee the maintenance, updates, customization, functionality, and performance of our Shopify website, continually striving for improvement.
  • Engage in weekly performance reviews, analyzing data from Shopify, Google, and Klaviyo.
  • Manage all aspects of eCommerce development and communication.
  • Integrate marketing initiatives and briefings into our DTC site.
  • Ensure accurate content management and product merchandising to optimize catalog conversion.
  • Execute marketing calendar activities, including creative briefings and promotional management.
  • Supervise our digital agencies (Paid Media, SEO, CRM), and lead the implementation of our Loyalty Programme (including Okendo and other integrated apps).

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce software development and integration (Shopify, Klaviyo, Okendo, Fast Simon).
  • Familiarity with Cin7 is a plus.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CMS and integration APIs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of results and a proactive approach to driving improvements.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and problem-solving.
  • A creative, innovative mindset with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for the industry.
