RESPONSIBILITIES +
Support the sales team to grow retail sales, including through:
Supporting category range reviews
Supporting the sales team with new line forms and other necessary paperwork
Maintain Bali Body brand presence on retailer web sites
Brief the marketing/graphics team on asset requirements for retailers
Analyzing and reporting on financial sales performance
Populating and sharing customer contact reports
Category and retail administration
Assisting to develop business through strategic outreach
Presenting brand and products to prospective partners
Assisting to forecast commercials and stock requirements for new prospects
Assisting in negotiating agreements
Formulating product launch plans internally and externally
Sales reporting and analysis to provide transparency on performance
Update the sales forecast according to the forecast process and timelines
Assist with retailer staff training and education
REQUIREMENTS +
Sales experience at an Account Executive level or above
Experience working with top retailers is a bonus
International business development experience is a bonus
Strong commercial acumen with a passion for growing sales
Self-motivated fast learner with a results-oriented approach
Effective communicator with interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
A high level of drive and energy will be required to succeed in this role
Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant field (Business / Marketing) preferred.
