PRODUCTION MANAGER // LEADERS IN THE ACTIVE SPACE

The Role
As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of production planning, sourcing, and manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with their design, development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the critical path for production, ensuring all key milestones are met.
Organize shipping logistics from suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Supervise and manage garment technicians to ensure accurate production specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers, monitor order statuses, and manage inventory levels.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery schedules.
Implement and refine production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold product standards.
Analyse production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
About you
You have proven experience (5+ years) in production management within the apparel or activewear industry. Strong understanding of critical path management, shipping logistics, and garment production processes. Experience managing garment technicians and collaborating with suppliers. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
