RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage website functionality, ensuring smooth operation of e-commerce components such as scheduling storefront updates, uploading content, launching promotions, refining product descriptions, adjusting shipping details, and updating pricing.
Evaluate website data to identify product and search trends, recommending new collections and working with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee them throughout their lifecycle.
Define and maintain product attributes to support accurate categorization and organization.
Drive excellence in process efficiency, execution, cross-functional alignment, and seamless integration of daily e-commerce business activities.
Develop workflows and proactively resolve issues related to product listings, pricing, content, and promotional setups on the website.
Partner with teams across various departments—including e-commerce, engineering, marketing, and customer service—to enhance the customer experience.
Lead and support a diverse team, offering guidance and providing after-hours assistance for key events such as product launches, promotions, and site-related concerns.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure e-commerce operations are optimized for peak holiday performance.
Work closely with engineering to establish and refine operational support processes, including team calendar coordination, on-call scheduling, incident response protocols, effective communication strategies, and escalation procedures.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure seamless implementation and functionality of new or improved features while providing input for future enhancements.
Play an active role in shaping and continuously refining the agile development framework.
Actively seek feedback from the team and work with engineering to implement automation-driven improvements.
Encouraing collaboration between teams to drive business success while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience in e-commerce digital operations, specifically within the fashion industry.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated success in handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting while maintaining clear and effective communication across different channels.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations, strategies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with digital commerce tools, including content management systems (such as Sanity), Shopify, promotional platforms, product information management (PIM) systems, and other relevant technologies.
Track record of executing solutions with precision, strong attention to detail, and thorough follow-through.
Ability to prioritize team goals and foster a highly collaborative work environment.
Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
Customer-focused approach, ensuring seamless and engaging online experiences.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, with the understanding that role expectations may evolve over time.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
