About the role
Oversee website operations, ensuring smooth e-commerce platform management, including product updates, pricing, promotions, and content uploads.
Analyze site data to identify product and search trends, proposing new collections and working with cross-functional teams to manage their lifecycle.
Develop and maintain product attributes for proper categorization and streamline daily e-commerce operations through process optimization.
Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for website product setup, pricing, content, and promotions, ensuring minimal disruption.
Collaborate with various teams (e.g., e-commerce, engineering, marketing) to enhance customer experience, manage holiday initiatives, and drive business growth through cross-functional teamwork.
Please note this role responsibilities will differ slightly depending on your level experience – we are hiring Manager level as well as Director. If you are a more senior candidate, leading a small team will be in your scope of responsibilities.
To be eligible you MUST be an Australian citizen AND have a relevant degree or 12 years of experience.
