Office Admin Assistant | 4 day work week | Sydney Fashion Designer

This is a full-time role, with a 4-day working week.

Days: Tuesday – Friday, with the occasional Monday during sale periods.

Working arrangements – Onsite in Sydney, with public transport readily available.

Salary: $70k + super.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Answer emails and phone to Wholesale and Retail customers and assist with all queries including product and marketing
  • Maintain Klaviyo lists and update contact details
  • Assist with showroom preparation including steaming samples, customer refreshments and set up
  • Manage customer returns and repairs
  • Pre-shoot preparation for photoshoots and steam and prep ranges
  • Receive, allocate, pick and pack inventory when required
  • Manage dispatch and inventory levels
  • Oversee office function including ordering stationary, liaising with building managers etc
  • Assist Production and Sales teams as required

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Ideally 1 year of experience in a customer experience or admin role within a fashion business.
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively think critically and problem solve.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and basic inventory management systems.
  • Previous experience in event preparation and photoshoots is highly regarded.
