RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and targets.
  • Create and manage budgets for all marketing activities to meet KPIs.
  • Formulate marketing strategies for Australia, the USA, and other international markets, focusing on our largest customer base in the USA.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing activities aligned with budgets, schedules, and sales goals.
  • Launch comprehensive marketing campaigns across all channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate, Influencer, PR, Events, and Content.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, including launches, events, and promotions, to drive sales growth.
  • Lead the development of 360-degree launch campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Innovate online offerings and delivery methods to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Oversee our content creation program to ensure high-quality, on-trend digital content across all platforms.
  • Implement effective social media, EDM, and SEO optimization strategies.
  • Design and execute marketing tactics to continuously expand our customer database.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to analyze customer behaviors, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house digital marketing and content teams to achieve KPIs and optimize sales.
  • Work within the broader team to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fashion brand.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset for competitive brand positioning.
  • In-depth understanding of customer behaviors and preferences.
  • Ability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Effective project management skills for planning and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Capability to set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
