As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will be working alongside the Founder/Creative Director. You will provide administrative support to the Founder while also managing the efficient operations of the office.

Location: Redfern with WFH flexibility!

Salary: $90k + super

Start date: As soon as possible!

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Executive support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, book travel arrangements, handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, event planning, personal assistance and more.
  • Office management: oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, facilities and vendor relationships.
  • Administration: streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Project coordination: assist with project management asks such as team meetings and tracking deadlines.
  • HR Support: set up and maintain records in EH, manage swipe cards, keys, emails and more

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven experience in a fashion EA/PA/Office Manager position
  • Experience supporting a team on large projects (e.g. Fashion Week)
  • Experience managing an extensive travel schedule
  • A fantastic, outgoing personality with a strong attention to detail and amazing confidence!
