We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a crucial role within the company. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the brand's digital presence and enhance visibility across a broad spectrum of digital platforms. 

This role requires a strategic mindset, extensive expertise in digital marketing, and a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, all combined with a true passion for the fashion industry.

  • Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + Super

RESPONSIBILITIES +

  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to align with digital marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Plan and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, including creative strategy and execution.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, providing strategic oversight in campaign execution, content creation, and optimization of paid media performance.
  • Formulate and communicate conclusions and assumptions based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Provide recommendations to the CEO on strategic digital initiatives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies tailored for different months, regions, and channels.
  • Lead data-driven strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts and performance.
  • Prepare briefs for major creative projects, including promotions, gift-with-purchase (GWP) campaigns, and other key initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver end-of-month (EOM) reporting to assess performance and guide future strategies.
  • Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies, including setting up affiliate promotions and reviewing weekly performance.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies, manage associated budgets, and plan for effective retention rate improvement.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • Proven track record in digital marketing leadership roles within the fashion industry
  • Minimum 4+ years across digital marketing within Fashion/Apparel
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital growth through innovative strategies and effective team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
