About the Role:
As a Senior Product Developer, you will be integral to bringing seasonal collections to life. You'll collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure that each piece meets the brand's high standards of quality and style.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Create detailed technical drawings and spec sheets. Source and develop fabrics, trims, and hardware aligned with design objectives.
Sample Management: Manage the sample tracker, ensuring timely updates and adherence to the critical path.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate design specifications and fit changes to vendors to ensure accurate production.
Collaboration: Work with production teams to address design and fit issues, and ensure smooth handover of collections.
Quality Control: Oversee fit sessions, provide detailed fit comments, and ensure all products meet quality and performance standards.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in product development within the fashion industry, with a strong grasp of technical drawings and garment specifications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel. Experience with Zedonk is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Excellent at creating accurate tech packs and resolving design issues.
Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with design, production teams, and vendors, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Education: Relevant qualifications in fashion design or a related field.
