RESPONSIBILITIES +
General responsibilities which will change depending on your level:
- Identify and document opportunities to enhance the influencer-creator partnerships and improve team efficiency.
- Manage a VIP creator and talent roster, ensuring effective execution of influencer/creator marketing campaigns.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to address escalated issues, implement solutions, and ensure high-quality service.
- Analyze data, report on team performance, and offer recommendations to improve results and maintain compliance with company policies.
REQUIREMENTS +
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and manage data effectively.
- Excellent team management abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with effective communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work independently or collaboratively while adjusting to evolving priorities.
